Shipping Costs and Methods:
Free shipping on all orders over $50
Global First Class Package (15 to 20 Business Days)
USPS First Class Package (3 to 7 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail Package (Guaranteed 2 to 3 Business days + $100 USD Insurance)
Free international shipping on all orders over $100
First Class Package International (7 to 28 Business Days)
All orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday. (Except holidays)
Please allow two to five (2-5) business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next open business day in the same order they were received. Tracking number will be provided with your shipment via e-mail/text.
Please note that some items have longer processing times due to high demand.
Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address before placing your order. After handling your package to the post office we're no longer responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages caused by 3rd parties or any address errors from your end. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees if your package is returned due to missing information; If you think you've made a mistake on your delivery information please contact us immediately with your order number. If you need additional information or need help finding your package please contact the USPS postal office of your area or your local postal service before contacting us.
Phone Bubble Co. is NOT responsible for any customs or duty fees on international orders. Orders can only be cancelled within thirty (30) minutes from placing your order. Orders with "Pre-order" items may not be canceled.
Due to sanitary reasons, returns are not allowed on unsealed items or products that have been worn/used. However; If you've received the wrong order, you're eligible for a return or money refund. Returns can be claimed within fifteen (15) days of your purchase for qualifying products. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
